1. Definitions

2. Offer and Acceptance
By using the Parimatch Bahrain website or opening an account, you fully accept the Terms and Conditions outlined herein and enter into a binding contractual relationship with the Company.
Only individuals meeting the following conditions are permitted to use the website:

5. Website Use

6. Deposits
Users can fund their accounts using the payment methods listed on the "Deposit" page of the website. The payment method must be registered in the user’s name, and deposits from third parties are not accepted.
Any deposit made from a card or account not belonging to the user must be reported to the Company immediately; otherwise, it is considered a violation of the terms, and the Company may deduct the full amount along with any associated winnings.
Minimum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method. If not specified on the page, the default minimum is 5 USD or its equivalent in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).
The website does not offer currency conversion services. All transactions are processed in USD or EUR, and deposits may be subject to multiple conversions depending on the currency used, with no liability on the Company for exchange rate differences.
Some deposit methods may incur fees or commissions, as indicated on the deposit page.
7. Withdrawals
Users may withdraw their balance using the same payment method used for deposits, provided it is registered in their name. Withdrawals to third-party cards, accounts, or companies are not permitted.
For anti-money laundering purposes, users must place bets amounting to at least 70% of the deposit value before requesting a withdrawal. This is calculated separately for each deposit in chronological order.
If a new deposit is made before meeting the wagering requirements of a previous deposit, new requirements must be met separately for each deposit.
The Company may allow withdrawals before meeting these requirements for a fee of at least 10% of the amount, at its sole discretion.
Minimum or maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on the chosen method, and withdrawals may be split into multiple payments based on the payment system’s capacity.
Withdrawals may take up to 30 business days, and the Company is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or intermediary banks.
8. Refund Policy
All payments made on the website are final and non-refunded, except in proven cases of fraud, gambling by minors, or illegal activity.
If a refund is approved, all bonuses and winnings associated with the refunded amount will be canceled.
If a transaction is deemed high-risk from a security or legal perspective, the Company may return the amount to the original account and notify the relevant authorities.
The user bears all costs and fees associated with refund procedures, and the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Once a transaction is successfully completed and credited to the user’s account, it is considered final and non-refunded.
9. Anti-Fraud Policy

If fraud is confirmed, the Company reserves full rights to freeze the account, cancel winnings, and confiscate all balances.
Users will be notified, where possible, of suspension or cancellation decisions, and relevant regulatory authorities may be informed.
If a user notices a technical glitch or error, they must report it to the Company immediately and refrain from exploiting it, or they will bear legal responsibility.
10. Responsible Gambling
Parimatch supports responsible gambling and provides tools to help control gambling-related behaviors.
Users can request personal limits, including:
- Deposit Limit: Setting a maximum deposit amount for a specific period.
- Loss Limit: Setting a maximum allowable loss for a specific period.
- Bet Limit: Setting a maximum betting amount for a day, week, or month.
- Session Limit: Setting a maximum usage duration for specific periods.
- Cooling-Off Period: Suspending play temporarily, allowing login only for withdrawals.
- Self-Exclusion: Closing the account entirely for a user-specified period, during which login or withdrawals are not permitted.
All limit requests are implemented within 24 hours of receipt via the registered email.
Users may later request to ease or lift these limits, subject to the Company’s special evaluation.
11. Complaints
Users may submit a formal complaint by contacting the customer support team via email at [email protected] within 6 months of the incident.
If the complaint is not resolved directly, it will be escalated to the Company’s relevant management for review and a final decision.
The Company also offers access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body at no cost to the user, provided:
- Internal complaint procedures are completed first.
- The user has not initiated concurrent legal proceedings.
- The dispute value exceeds 5,000 EUR or its equivalent.
System and server records are the final reference in any dispute related to game outcomes or financial transactions.
The Company may ignore repetitive or abusive complaints and reserves the right to record all correspondence for legal purposes.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
The Company is not liable for connection interruptions, technical failures, or software issues that may affect continuous access to or use of the website.
In case of a technical or human error leading to incorrect bet confirmation or payment execution, the Company may cancel related outcomes and recover amounts from the account.
If funds are deposited into a user’s account by mistake, those funds remain the Company’s property, and the user must notify the Company immediately. Any use of such funds is considered unlawful.
Neither the Company nor its partners guarantee that the website or its software will be free of defects, operate without interruption, or be suitable for the user’s personal purposes.
In all cases, the Company’s financial liability for any claim shall not exceed:
- The total amount of bets placed by the user in the last 3 months, or
- 2,000 EUR,

Claims may be rejected if the user is found to have violated the terms, such as opening multiple accounts, providing misleading information, or abusing offers.
Any claim must be supported by official documents within 7 days of the Company’s request, or it may be rejected.
The user agrees to indemnify the Company for any losses or costs arising from their unlawful use of the website.
The Company is the sole authority to determine whether a user has violated the terms in a manner justifying account suspension or permanent banning.
If a user’s account is closed due to a violation of the terms, they are not permitted to re-register in the future.
Users may not transfer or delegate their rights or obligations to another party without the Company’s written consent.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support, with identity verification required before processing.
The Company reserves the right to close any account without providing a reason, with prior notice to the user, and any remaining balance will be withdrawn per the withdrawal terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and its courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
If any provision of these terms is deemed legally invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, software, and content displayed on the Parimatch Bahrain website are the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
The use of automated tools or software to copy or collect content from the website for commercial or analytical purposes is prohibited.
Any breach of intellectual property rights will be met with legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.
